Getting Set-Up →

Gosh, I haven’t posted a new journal in months. I must say, not much has changed since the last entry (aside from drawing tons of ponies which I still need to post), perhaps the most exciting news is that I’m finally getting set up with a new graphic tablet, a lightbox and either Inkling or a scanner (haven’t decided yet to be honest). I also would like to color my designs with watercolor even if I have always been rather bad with brushes. I somehow got a lot more determined on my goal to become a tattoo artist and, in order to do that, I wanna improve my drawing a lot in order to make some great designs.

So, as many other “freaks” out there, I have become a great fan of the show. Mainly because, aside from being really well done, I love My Little Pony as a kid and to see a remake of the show makes me really happy.
And here comes the dilemma. I really love to be a traditional artist even though I’m not drawing as much as I would like. Now, with this other subject in mind, I’m pondering the idea of buying a new graphic tablet and re-enter the world of PS/Illustrator.
WHat do you guys and gals think about it?
